US Open: Trend Table
"They lost the golf course"

I hope you’re all ready for carnage.
Zach Johnson whining, Phil making a fool of himself.
The more things change, the more they stay the same.
Let’s check out the trends.
You can toss Ethan Fang, that’s just super noisy data.
Justin Thomas is very interesting here, and obviously JT Poston was running nuclear lava hot recently and won the Memorial.
Reitan barely hung on to make the cut at RBC Canadian and then every time it looked like he was starting to piece it together, he’d falter.
Spaun has some incredible approach numbers, is the reigning US Open champion and is sitting high up the trend board. Interesting to say the least.
Bud Cauley we were on last week and he paid us off. That’s a massive amount of emotions he’s dealing with, so wondering how much of a hangover is going to be there.
Man, I want to play Scheffler here, but it’s nearly impossible to build an upside lineup with his salary.
Woodland has a US Open title.
There’s some noise around Keegan in my early research, so it’ll be interesting to see if he makes the player pool.
Rahm is always a threat at US Open’s.
Tom Kim, quietly, has been hooping this year. The media and the newspapers don’t want you to know that he’s only missed one cut this year. He’s only $6,200.
I have no idea what to make of Brooks’ hand injury, to be honest. Not sure he was in win contention, but he was in decent shape to have a good paycheck in Canada and withdrew on Sunday.
All of the zeroes here and in the next image can probably be tossed as small sample data.
Sudarshan Yellamaraju played well in Canada. He is Canadian, so maybe some extra juice for that, but seems like he’s coming back a bit.
I wonder if Cam Young is coming back to earth a bit.
Viktor is in the negative here, but we ID’d him last week as a leverage play and boy did he play that off. If his form is back, he has all the talent in the world. The beginning of his crescendo being this past tournament may draw more eyes to him.
If you or someone you love has been personally affected by Sungjae Im’s bad golf, please call our hotline at 1-800-522-4700.
I’m trying to figure out why Matt Fitzpatrick is buried here. Strong course fit — I’m guessing he’ll be Uber popular as well this week.
Some of the names here I wouldn’t be too harsh to judge, such as your Hideki’s & Bhatia’s and to lesser extents Bobby Mac & Min Woo.
Corey Conners flat out stinks this year. I’ve been victimized twice in a row. Shame on me.
See you tomorrow for the player pool.
