I have 36 golfers this week - wanted to narrow the field down. I added one additional because I think Spieth is a fade. He took one practice hole today (Tuesday) and was photographed with medical tape on his arm. I don’t believe he is healthy enough if he does compete and I think there’s a chance at a WD either before the tournament or even as it gets going. I am fine getting beat if I’m wrong, but I’m erring on the side of caution.
I think Brooks is in the top spot due to Augusta. I’m taking this with a salt shaker. Especially with the $2,500 price increase from his Masters salary.
I’m buying into Sungjae this week and that has always been my kiss of death when I do buy into him. I’ll write more in depth on him in Toph’s Thoughts.
I don’t buy Jordan Smith - his numbers are from the world tour and he’s an atrocious putter.
Russ Henley is super interesting. I’ll expand on him later.
I think the very, very recent win will draw a lot of clicks on Jason Day at that price point. I think the same could be true for Wyndham Clark. I’m more interested in Clark than Day here, but I may just fade both. We’ll dive in further later.
K.H. Lee seems too low price wise.
Zero interest in Pat Rodgers even at price.
